Harold Jarnicki graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1974. He has been in practice in Lebanon, Ohio since 1974, specializing in bankruptcy law and family law.
Mr. Jarnicki has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in the Southern District of Ohio since 1975. From 1974 until 2008, he also served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Warren County, Ohio. For 15 years, he was a hearing officer for the Warren County Child Support Enforcement Agency. He has been active in numerous civic and charitable boards, including service as a past president of the Warren County Bar Association and the Lebanon Kiwanis Club. Recognized as an authority in bankruptcy law, Mr. Jarnicki has been called upon to serve as an expert witness in bankruptcy and domestic matters and is a frequent speaker at national and regional bankruptcy seminars.
He is admitted to practice law in all Ohio Courts, the Federal District Court of Southern Ohio, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Jarnicki is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association, The National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, The American Bankruptcy Law Forum, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Brent Jarnicki graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from The University of Georgia in 2001, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Brent received his Law Degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2004. At Ohio State, he received the John E. Hallen Memorial Award for the highest performance in Tort Law. In 2002, Brent studied Comparative Legal Professions and Legal Ethics at Oxford University in England.
Brent focuses his practice in bankruptcy and family law, and has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem for Domestic Court in Warren County. He is highly experienced in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, helping both individuals and businesses with debt relief and reorganization.
Brent has spoken at annual bankruptcy seminars and continuing legal education clinics across the region. In 2007, Brent was named a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor recognizing the State’s top outstanding young lawyers.
Brent is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the American Bankruptcy Law Forum.

Erin Renneker graduated from Miami University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in English. She received her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2003, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at Northern Kentucky, she received the 2003 Medal of Excellence in Bankruptcy from the American Bankruptcy Institute and Order of the Curia for the Class of 2003. She was admitted to the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2003.
She specializes in bankruptcy and family law, and has also served as a Guardian ad Litem for the Domestic Court in Warren County. Erin has spoken at annual bankruptcy seminars across the state.
She is a member of American Bankruptcy Law Forum, Warren County Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association. She is also currently serving on two committees at the Countryside YMCA.
